What do we do with your personal information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, your personal information will be collected, such as your name, address and email address.Please take note that your password is stored by an automated and secure software used by the server, we do not have access to it.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system, this is just for design and programing purposes so we can analise and adjust the website/platform. So you get more efficient responsive pages and also a better experience.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about new artwork, new products and other updates.
Shipping Policy & FAQ
How much will I pay for the shipping of the order i did?
It depends on the currently shipping rates of the post office here in Portugal (CTT) (this website is updated regularly with the taxes) please check the values on the cart after adding the product you want.
How can I know where the product is after i order it?
Through a tracking code, but please take note that this is a service offered by CTT – post office, sometimes the time and location of yourPrint may differ. Any questions feel free to send through the contact form or to silviodrvieira@gmail.com.
I’ve never ordered a Print. what kind of package can I expect?
Your Print normally (for A3 and up sizes) will be shipped on a packaging tube and conditioned inside with Air Bubbles.
How long will it take to recieve my print since I’ve ordered it?
It depends on our stock for each print and your location. If we don’t have the print in stock it can take 1-2weeks maximum to your print gets on the road to you. we will reply you an email with info about it. After your print gets shipped it sometimes can take 2 weeks from Portugal to United states for example… It all depends of the mail post service.
